The goal of this paper is to prioritise sectors in Rabat region of Morocco when two or more emergency calls are received in call centres of hospitals using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). This prioritisation is based on social, demographic and proximity criteria that lead to rank the 10 sectors of the region.
